Resilience and Comfort Food

Comfort food provides consolation or a feeling of well-being and it doesn’t have to be junk food or a guilty pleasure to cheer us up.

We are living difficult times and as such, we are looking for comfort. Our lifestyle changed from one day to the other, we need to nurture ourselves.

It’s ok to eat cake, gelato, chips… but it’s also nice to have a homemade meal.

If you are running out of ideas of what to eat, cook or buy, you can take this questionnaire to find out what meal might suit your current mood. You will be surprised by the answer and we can (almost) guarantee you will be happy with the result.

Enjoy
